BCAA

What you should know about BCAAs

Building muscle is the goal of many athletes, but also hobby athletes. However, for this you need more than just training and some healthy food. To really advance the muscle buildup is BCAA (Branched-chain amino acid) indispensable. But before you run out and buy the first product you see, we want to tell you a little more about BCAA and why you need them.

What exactly is BCAA?

The term BCAA comes from the English and stands for "Branch-Chain Amino Acids", which means in German as much as, Branched chain amino acids. Amino acids are very important for the body, because they have a share in many processes that occur in the human organism.

The amino acids that the body needs are the building blocks that make up a protein. The BCAAs are special amino acids.

More specifically, it is these three branched chain amino acids:

These three essential Amino acids cannot be produced by the body itself, but must be taken in with food. In total, the body needs 20 amino acids, 11 of which are non-essential. This means that the body has the possibility to produce these 11 amino acids itself, if they cannot be absorbed with food.

The remaining 9 amino acids, of which a total of 3 are BCAA's, are essential. Essential means, as already mentioned above, that the body cannot produce these amino acids and must absorb them with food.

With and you get the essential amino acids

We have now educated them on what exactly BCAA is. They are amino acids that the body needs. It does not matter whether you are an athlete or not, the amino acids are important for the body. But especially athletes or people who do heavy physical activities should take in enough amino acids, because the body's stores should be constantly replenished. So that you can do this, you can use our dietary supplements. We take great care in the production of our BCAA supplements that only high-quality raw materials are used.

We will be happy to advise you again in more detail about our products. In the following text you will learn more important information that you need about the BCAA product. If you have any questions about the BCAAs we are of course at your disposal.

What is behind the BCAA?

The body produces insulin just when food has been ingested, the BCAA promotes the release of insulin and thereby releases the growth hormone (STH) that you need to build muscle. To clarify this further, you should be aware that approximately 35% of our muscle is made up of branched chain amino acids. For this reason alone, BCAA is especially important for the muscles and their construction.

As amino acids that cannot be produced independently by the body, BCAAs are not only needed for insulin production, but also for building body tissue and body protein. The amino acids are important for the organs, muscles and large parts of the body tissue.

Another function of BCAA products in the organism is the cell structure. If these important amino acids are missing, it can have negative consequences for the body. Especially competitive athletes consume the amino acids much faster.

If you take the BCAAs as prescribed, you will find a high concentration of amino acids in the muscles shortly after taking them. Especially for athletes an important aspect, if they are in the build-up training phase or also in the competition phase.

Basically, we want to say one thing at this point: the BCAA products do not represent a meal replacement, but are merely a supplement to the remaining meals, which of course should be observed very closely. In addition, you should make sure that the food intake is balanced.

On average, ten to twenty grams of BCAA products are needed more by the organism of a competitive athlete than by an occasional fitness athlete. So if you plan to eat a more balanced diet, you should not only rely on vitamins and minerals, but also the BCAA products not leave out of sight.

Who needs to take BCAA in addition?

What exactly BCAA is, we have already uncovered. Now we come to the question of who exactly needs the product or rather the amino acids. Basically, every person needs a certain basis, the amino acids listed here. But just competitive athletes need a few grams more a day to cover the full need.
