b\u00eata-hydroxy-b\u00eata-m\u00e9thylbutyrate, l'acide hydroxym\u00e9thylbutyrique. Il joue un r\u00f4le anticatabolique pour le muscle, mais n'est pas aussi efficace pour initier la biosynth\u00e8se des prot\u00e9ines musculaires que les v\u00e9ritables <a href=\"https:\/\/eiweiss.com\/fr\/autres-acides-amines\/\">Acides amin\u00e9s<\/a>. Environ 5% de la leucine sont convertis en HMB.<\/p>\n<p>Le fait que le HMB participe \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation de la synth\u00e8se des prot\u00e9ines a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9couvert par un certain Steven L. En outre, le HMB est cens\u00e9 aider \u00e0 traiter les maladies qui touchent le c\u0153ur et les art\u00e8res, ainsi que l'hypercholest\u00e9rol\u00e9mie et l'hypertension art\u00e9rielle. Jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, on part seulement du principe que la prise de HMB favoriserait l'apparition de l'acn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>Le HMB dans les aliments naturels<\/h2>\n<p>Le HMB \u00e9tant un m\u00e9tabolite de la leucine, les aliments riches en leucine sont \u00e9galement riches en HMB. Parmi ces aliments, on trouve notamment les suivants :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Avocat<\/li>\n<li>Chou-fleur<\/li>\n<li>Pamplemousse<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Prise de HMB<\/h2>\n<p>La prise de HMB devrait \u00eatre d'environ 1 \u00e0 3 grammes par jour si l'objectif est de r\u00e9duire la perte de masse musculaire. En ce qui concerne la biosynth\u00e8se des prot\u00e9ines musculaires, le HMB et la leucine, si cette derni\u00e8re n'\u00e9tait pas un peu plus efficace en prenant la m\u00eame quantit\u00e9. Le HMB ne devrait pas \u00eatre le meilleur compl\u00e9ment alimentaire pour la stimulation de la biosynth\u00e8se des prot\u00e9ines musculaires, car la leucine est non seulement plus efficace, mais aussi moins ch\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Si l'on prend du HMB avant un entra\u00eenement, il faut le faire 30 \u00e0 15 minutes avant l'entra\u00eenement.<\/p>\n<p>Lors de la prise, il convient \u00e9galement de faire attention \u00e0 la notice d'emballage et de suivre la prise prescrite, car chaque suppl\u00e9ment de HMB pr\u00e9sente une puissance diff\u00e9rente.<\/p>\n<h2>Conclusion<\/h2>\n<p>Un suppl\u00e9ment qui peut certainement aider et soutenir le corps humain, mais il n'existe pas encore d'\u00e9tudes plus pr\u00e9cises et plus longues pour \u00e9valuer directement l'effet du suppl\u00e9ment.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper.
